THE PARACHUTE REGIMENT
The Para Company's Role was as "Pathfinders" and Armoured Recce Troops for the Parachute Brigade
The Guards Parachute Company was made up of volunteers from the Seven Regiments of Guards of the Household Brigade
(Now called A Division)
These were The Five Regiments of Foot Guards and The two Household Cavalry Regiments of The Life Guards & The Blues & Royals
It was complemented with One Major(As C.O.) & Four Captains
Their roles were of one Air Adjutant and as The Three Troop Leaders.
